I am very satisfied with the Dawlance DWT-255 washing machine. The washing performance is excellent, and it is very easy to use. The machine works smoothly and cleans clothes very well. When I first received the product, one small part was broken during delivery. However, the company responded quickly and replaced the part without any problem. Their customer service was very helpful and professional. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase, and I highly recommend this washing machine.

Delivered in Islamabad without any transportation charges. Arrived within a week. Packing & Build Quality is excellent. Water inlet pipe length is short which should be 3m.

I LIKE THIS MASHINE VERY MUCH

It's been more than a year since we started using this machine. It works great, but the only issue is with its upper side latch. I called the Dawlance helpline, they registered my complaint, gave me a complaint number, and informed me that someone would contact me tomorrow. Dawlance customer support is very friendly and helpful. I hope they will resolve/replace this latch problem/part soon.
