When I first received the product, one small part was broken during delivery. However, the company responded quickly and replaced the part without any problem. Their customer service was very helpful and professional.

First time purchased Dawlance smart TV and on online. Ordered in morning and delivered at 3pm same day.
Good features and impressed by RAM and speed of TV. Looking for years the Tv that has minimum 2GB Ram and Quad core processor. No one is building such tv .offering 200Gb storage but what to do with that if base is weak low ram low processor all Tv Android will lag and hang. But Allhamdulilah Dawlance running smooth as per my expectations 👍👍👍👍❤Thank you. Will expect more Ram and processor features in future.
