The Best Omni-Channel Strategy award has been granted for a campaign promoting Dawlance’s Special Edition Products, created to celebrate the company’s 40th Anniversary. This successful PR campaign engaged millions of viewers. It achieved great viewership, recall and popularity on Television, e-commerce platforms and ‘Google Search’. The Omni-Channel campaign enabled an increase in sales as compared to the same period last year.
The BHT study (September 2021) observed an increase in the Top-of-Mind awareness – both spontaneous and total, as Dawlance has the highest brand equity. These positive results have been achieved through cohesive efforts, put in by all departments of the company: Research & Development, Sales, Service, Human-Resources, Trade and Marketing-Communications (MarCom).

At Pakistan Digital Awards 2022, Dawlance also presented its profile for the ‘Best Digital Campaign’ category, highlighting the great success of its 11.11 and 12.12 campaigns. In this session too, the jury was impressed and the judges actually applauded Dawlance’s brilliant digital campaign, which elevated Dawlance as the #1 home-appliance brand on Daraz.pk.
