1. What is this Vitamin Emission Filter?

It is a filter attached in the Split AC indoor unit, enriched in Vitamin-C molecules.

2. How does the vitamin emission filter works?

The air taken in by the Split AC is first filtered by the dust filter. After that the clean air passes through the Vitamin Emission Filter where it takes up the Vitamin-C molecules with it. This vitamin enriched air is then cooled and discharged in the room.

3. Will it need cleaning? If yes, how to clean it?

No. As the filter is located after the dust filter, it does not require any periodic cleaning like the dust filter.

4. Are there any side effects?

No. There are no side effects of this filter. In fact this filter provides a number of health benefits that were not available previously.

5. Will the additional filter affect the air flow?

No. The airflow is not affected by this filter. On the other hand the new design of the Split Ac provides an even better flow rate of air.

6. What is Dual Programmable on & off Timer?

With the dual programmable timer both the Switch On and Switch Off timings of the Split AC can be programmed simultaneously, hence enabling complete automatic operation of the Split AC at programmed timings.

7. Where can this Dual Programmable timer be used?

This can be used any where and all the time. Two examples are
• It can be programmed to start when the office starts (e.g. 9:00 AM) and stop when the office closes (e.g. 5:00 PM).
• It can be programmed to start and stop in the night while you are asleep (e.g. 1:30 AM to 3:30 AM)

Is the clock function related to dual programmable timer?

Yes, the availability of a real time clock in the split AC is necessary for the advanced feature of dual programmable timer. This feature is not available in the competing brands as yet.

9. How is it different from the On/Off timer in other models?

In the other products available in the market, only one timer is available where you can either program to switch on or to switch off, whereas in the dual programmable timer you can program both the times and have both operations simultaneously.

10. How do we operate this function? Is it simple or complicated?

Very simple. You can do it in three steps by using the remote control.

11. What is Child lock?

You can lock the keypad of the remote control by pressing this button

12. What is its benefit?

Child lock prevents the unnecessary and unintentional pressing of remote buttons either by a child of by an adult that can result in the changing of operational mode of the AC.

13. Is this model T3?

Yes, this is a T3 model that cools even at 53o C

14. Is this model energy efficient?

Yes, with the latest design developments, the new Split AC is more energy efficient as compared to previous models. This product is offering the least energy consumption as compared to other competitor models available in the market.

15. What is this new design improvement? What are its benefits?

The focus of this design improvement has been on increasing the overall efficiency of the Split AC. With the successful implementation of this new design, we can proudly say that this Split AC is more energy efficient while providing the same level of cooling as provided by older models of competitors available in the market.

16. Does the new Split AC have the features available in the previous models?

Yes.
